A Facebook Page Disabled scam is a fake warning designed to scare page owners into clicking a link or handing over their login details. The message usually claims your page is about to disappear unless you “verify” your account right away. It feels urgent.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Most fake warnings arrive through Messenger or as comments on your page. Some even show up in emails that look surprisingly convincing. Then there’s a button asking you to appeal the decision.<\/p>\n
That button doesn’t lead to Facebook. It takes you to a fake login page built to steal your username and password. Once scammers have those details, they often grab control of the page before you even realize what happened.<\/p>\n
\u2022 A page called something like “Meta Security Team”, except the profile was created yesterday and that part gets ignored.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strange links that don’t use Facebook’s real domain..<\/p>\n
\u2022 The grammar sometimes slips. Other times it’s almost perfect, which is why judging by spelling alone isn’t enough.<\/p>\n
