Scam callers often lean on pressure because pressure makes people skip the part where they think. A caller who says your account will be closed today or that you’ve got minutes to fix a problem wants you worried before you get curious.<\/p>\n
And legitimate companies don’t need you to panic so you can prove you’re a good customer. If the caller keeps pushing after you say you need time, treat that as a big warning sign.<\/p>\n

The annoying part is that good scammers don’t always sound suspicious. Sometimes they’re calm. Sometimes they’re friendly. That’s why the strongest clue isn’t their voice. It’s whether they’re trying to control what you do next.<\/p>\n
